Description of change

  • Removes tips from GetInclusionStates and likewise makes GetLatestInclusionState deprecated.
  • Removes threshold parameter from GetBalances
  • Removes GetTips

Type of change

  • Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to not work as expected)

How the change has been tested

Ran the test suite.
