Releasing second alpha release for 1.0.0

Features added

Warnings are no longer raised for comments that exceed the maximum line lengths (Do not warn about comments that go over the line length #188).
Particle type exceptions are now warnings, not errors (Treat missing particle types a Warning, not an error at least for parsing #381).
Allow any Real type for floating point numbers and any Integral type for integer numbers during type enforcement (Relax 'float' type enforcement to any real number and 'int' type enforcement to any integral #679).
Added strict option to contains and changed contains to contains_all, and contains_any.
