System Overview The AI-Powered Business Automation System is designed to streamline business workflows, automate routine tasks, and enhance productivity for entrepreneurs, freelancers, and business owners. This system will integrate AI-based automation tools to manage meeting scheduling, email automation, and task management efficiently. Core Features

  1. Meeting Scheduling Automation o AI-powered scheduling assistant that integrates with Google Calendar, Outlook, and other calendar APIs. o Automatically detects available time slots and schedules meetings. o Sends automated reminders and follow-ups.
  2. Email Automation o AI drafts and schedules emails based on user input. o Smart email categorization and prioritization using NLP. o Auto-replies and follow-up automation based on past interactions.
  3. Task Management & Workflow Optimization o AI organizes, prioritizes, and assigns tasks based on deadlines and workload. o Task tracking dashboard to monitor progress. o Integration with business tools like Trello, Asana, and Slack.

Project Timeline – 5 Weeks Plan Week 1: Data Collection & Preprocessing • Connect to email APIs (Gmail API, Outlook API) and calendar APIs (Google Calendar, Outlook). • Collect sample meeting schedules and email data for AI training. • Preprocess and structure data for training the NLP models.  Work on data and start the way that you see its correct


Week 2: AI Model Development for Email & Meeting Automation • Train NLP models for email categorization, auto-reply suggestions, and meeting scheduling. • Implement AI models for detecting urgent emails and prioritizing responses. • Test AI-generated meeting schedules and improve accuracy.  Work on the system as what you think is good


Week 3: Task Management System Development • Develop a task management dashboard for tracking user tasks and deadlines. • Implement AI-driven task prioritization based on workload. • Integrate AI task scheduling with calendar APIs.
