Building with Omegah

The following was tested on a SCOREC RHEL7 system with SCOREC/omega_h master@9174a9 and SCOREC/core develop@babf73.
module load gcc/7.3.0-bt47fwr
module load mpich cmake
git clone [email protected]:SCOREC/omega_h.git
cmake -S omega_h -B buildOmegah \
-DCMAKE_CXX_COMPILER=mpicxx \
-DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=$PWD/buildOmegah/install \
-DOmega_h_USE_MPI=on \
-DOmega_h_USE_CUDA=off \

cmake --build buildOmegah -j8 --target install
