On April 3, 2003, testing branch 37.20230401.2.0 added Kernel 6.2.8.
See: https://getfedora.org/en/coreos?stream=testing

Version 6.2.8 of the kernel had a patch backported from 6.3-rc3 which caused OpenZFS 2.19 (current release) to fail.
See: openzfs/zfs#14658

This currently causes all our images to fail building.

Merging this as a workaround for #21 and future problems like this.

`stable` will build all the way through the workflow even if `testing` fails.
