Update CentOS 7.0 to 7.1

Tiny change. A 7.1 Bento box was added and the 7.0 one retired recently.

Although... the 7.0 box does still exist in S3, so... would it be better to just leave them both?

I've tried to address this with #166 which is still a band-aid until we get Bento boxes publishing to Atlas on a consistent bases. Thank you in any case, as always, you're right on the ball 😄
