Objective: Go "public" with everything that needs to be done so this project can be successfully forked and deployed.

Key activities:

1. Review the entire design; refactor critical pieces
2. Special attention in reviewing test suite and adapters encapsulation
3. Implement a Docker deployment strategy + image registry
4. Re-structure in order that "core" can be imported and cookiecutter enabled
5. Proper documentation
