Request to add timestamp 04:20:00 about ganache-cli being deprecated

The ganache-cli part of the tutorial around the 04:20:00 mark is deprecated and now just ganache as already described to @cromewar in this thread.
It might be useful to add this to the issues by timestamp thread of the tutorial's github.
