Windows installer adds an extra bin directory filled with extra junk

There is a Rust/bin/bin directory containing all the same binaries as Rust/bin. This directory should not exist

Also the installer is 28MB and the on-disk footprint is 118MB.

Seems like fixed: I've installed Rust-0.8 binary and I have no "bin\bin" directory.
