libmorestack.a is no longer installed in a sandboxed build

I'm not sure if this has to do with running in a chroot and making use of DESTDIR. It seems to work fine outside of a chroot. This means the nightly Arch package is currently broken, although I could add a workaround.

I'm curious, but what are the steps necessary to reproduce this? It seems odd that only libmorestack.a is omitted from the build...
