same with quasar dev

Yes, I ran pnpm i, yes the global cli is installed, yes even with npx quasar it's not working

and did you have installed your dependencies there?
(i know that are base things.. sometimes they catch me...)

Hi,

The quasar dep is both in dependencies and devDependencies (theoretically it should be just in dependencies), but I cannot see the @quasar/app-vite or @quasar/app-webpack deps anywhere. Hence the error that you are seeing, because no local Quasar CLI is installed.

It's an older ssr project.
Pre Vite, probably with Webpack.
It's definitely a quasar project.
And it's a live site which was successfully built in the past.
Jan 15 2023 is the timestamp of the last time it was accessed.
So something has changed in quasar cli for it to no longer work.

Ok turns out the project is an old version and abandoned and migrated to a vite version.
I should probably delete it, to avoid confusion.
