How to arrange nodes by personalized order in Sankey?

From I know, the order of nodes is always according to the quantities in Sankey. The higher nodes are at the top of the column while the lower ones are at the bottom. So I wander if I can change the order of the nodes which enable specific arrangement of nodes? Such as some nodes with small quantities can be shown at the top of the column?

How can I realize it by Python?
