Y axis title can be misplaced when legend is anchored to container

If legend is anchored to container (legend.xref: 'container') then Y axis title is misplaced.
The title's x coordinate is equal to the legend's right border x coordinate even when this moves the title into the paper area.
This happens for any margin.autoexpand value.
