Directory name can be different from domain name for create

Add an option to specify the full domain home (instead of domain parent) on the create command line. In this case, the domain name from the model will be used for the WLST configuration, and the resulting domain will be saved to the specified directory.

See WLST command setOption('DomainName', '')

Specifying domain parent should still be allowed, with existing functionality. The domain name from the model is used for the directory name.
