serve: add logging of grpc requests

Description of the change:
Adds logging for GRPC requests

When a request arrives, we now log something like this:

INFO[0002] started call                                  :authority="[localhost:50051]" content-type="[application/grpc]" grpc-accept-encoding="[gzip]" grpc.component=server grpc.method=ListBundles grpc.method_type=server_stream grpc.service=api.Registry grpc.start_time="2024-07-10T08:36:57-04:00" grpc.time_ms=0.215 peer.address="[::1]:60670" protocol=grpc user-agent="[grpcurl/1.8.9 grpc-go/1.57.0]"

When a request completes, we now log something like this:

INFO[0002] finished call                                 :authority="[localhost:50051]" content-type="[application/grpc]" grpc-accept-encoding="[gzip]" grpc.code=OK grpc.component=server grpc.method=ListBundles grpc.method_type=server_stream grpc.service=api.Registry grpc.start_time="2024-07-10T08:36:57-04:00" grpc.time_ms=305.213 peer.address="[::1]:60670" protocol=grpc user-agent="[grpcurl/1.8.9 grpc-go/1.57.0]"

So we have details about:

• which grpc service and method was called
• how long the request took
• the user agent

Motivation for the change:
This will hopefully improve our ability to debug reported issues with the GRPC server.
