Verify integration of catsrc v1 design with operator controller

With the design being developed for catalog source v1 (https://github.com/operator-framework/catalogd), it would be helpful to verify if the current operator controller design works well with catalogd.

Outcomes:
Have a POC with a minimal working logic wherein we fetch the content using catsrc/v1 APIs, convert them into deppy entities and install them on cluster.
