Description
Expected behaviour
Wheel builds and installs on alpine Linux with python 3.11 installed.
Actual behaviour
Building wheel fails because numpy 1.21.2 is not compatible with python 3.11.

Notes
- If you're not on an arm64/aarch64 system, you might need to use buildkit (
docker buildx build) to reproduce. - this happens with either headless or regular versions.
- by default,
pip install numpyinstallsnumpy==1.24.2right now.
