• Lwt_io.establish_server: increase default backlog from 5 to SOMAXCONN (Unresonably low default listen backlog in Lwt_io.establish_server_generic ocsigen/lwt#731, suggested Konstantin Olkhovskiy).
• PPX: use OCaml 4.09 ASTs to support recent features (ocsigen/lwt@074f679).
• PPX: deprecate let%lwt structure items (Deprecate let%lwt at the module item level ocsigen/lwt#733, prompted Didier Le Botlan).

None of the revdeps failures are related to Lwt. I'll submit separate PRs for fixing the ones that I can fix. The ones I can't fix are:

• cohttp-mirage.2.0.0 seems to have a solver timeout. Any idea what is causing this? Other versions of cohttp-mirage seem unaffected.
• qfs. It requires a system dependency that has to be built from source (AFAIK), so depext doesn't help here.
