#(Cell type specific) Allele specific expression

This module can be used for the detection of allele specific expression, with the novel option of including cell type specific effects when dealing with heterogenous tissues.

###Requirements:

This program requires java version 8, and was tested on ubuntu 14.04 LTS. other Linux- and OS X based systems should also work. Windows was not tested, but feel free to try.
