Что оно делает?
Убираем ограничение длинны поля телефон в форме заказа.
Зачем это нужно?
Если телефон длинный - обрезается номер телефона и менеджеры не могут дозвониться до клиента.
Так же было принято решение убрать ограничение после небольшого обсуждения.
