Steps to reproduce

I have "Run at startup" turned on in Settings.

✔️ Expected Behavior

PowerToys should run at startup.

❌ Actual Behavior

PowerToys does not run at startup, with this version, for the first time in several years of use. Windows 11.

I would note that PowerToys is not listed in my Startup apps list, neither in Task Manager or in Settings>Apps

I found a fix. I have several utilities that can be used to control startup programs. One of them, Revo Uninstaller Pro, had disabled auto start for Power Toys. So the fault was on me.
