Steps to reproduce

Even after setting the app under "General" to "Run at startup", PowerToys suddenly no longer opens at startup. Tried running both standard and as Administrator, same problem.

✔️ Expected Behavior

PowerToys to open on Startup automatically

❌ Actual Behavior

Doesn't run automatically, must be run manually

Updated to v0.80.0 will see if that fixes.

I had the similar issue, and seems to be resolved at v0.82.0
