Steps to reproduce

I installed PT using various options in order to see whether the install method would remedy things but the application does not auto-execute at system start-up. I have tried: 1) altering the auto-start-up feature on prior version, uninstalling, re-installing, updating.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Expecte PT to start up at system start up.

❌ Actual Behavior

I have to manually execute PT in order for the application to run. On occasion, even manual executiong fails to start application.
