Should be fixed in v5.0.0. Feel free to reopen if not. |

I meet the same issue with 5.0.0, see #1368 Edited: Oops, there is a difference: my issue happened in one window as well, and using restore the previous session. But I think it's still a similar issue. |

open or close a tab in the first window or
close the first window and reopen the browser

tree layout persists/isnt fucked up
