Sometimes a building "acknowledged" as not spatially aligned with its tax lot is more than just a weird edge case. Sometimes these correct building base_bbls indicate an error in the underlying spatial data in the NYC Tax Lot data.

We will use this issue to catalog some really problematic tax lot alignments. Some day we might like to refer this issue to the experts at the Dept. of Finance for investigation.
