Manage lesson resources - Clicking on "View more" loads the same resources infinitely

Observed behavior

While scrolling the contents of a channel clicking on "View more" results in loading the same resources infinitely:

Expected behavior

Once all resources are shown the button should be no longer displayed.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Install the build from Swap /lessonstemp to /lessons and remove old Lesson resource selection components #13167
2. Navigate to Class > Lessons > Lesson and click "Manage resources" and scroll through the available channel resources.
