Workflow
The appeal process consists in 2 stages, both of them are necessary.
a) Round 1, before the appeal period
- Show all options with 0 funding and the fund button disabled
Have a tooltip message saying "not in appeal period yet".
b) Round 1, during the appeal period
Enable the fund button, remove the previous tooltip
c) Round 2, before the appeal period
Disable the fund button, set the tooltip.
Show the contributions made in the previous round by the user.
etc
During the Appeal period: stage 1 = funding of a losing option
During the Appeal: stage 2 = funding of one other option
