Requirements:
Postgresql 9.4
PHP 5.5

You must set up your database. You can find SQL queries in file "dbcreation.sql".
Then you must set up connection variables in dblp/tools/dbConnection.php.
Registration on site is quite easy, but you need grant admin rights to user by
SQL query ('changeUserRights.sql'): it was made for better safety. 

You need apache2 server for this project. Put all files into www/html/ catalogue of apache.
