one-page drop-down feature for nested lists

I would love to see a new listview feature/plugin for displaying nested lists not on sub pages, but on one single page by dropping down/inserting the sub elements below the parent list element.

The sub element should then be automatically styled with a different color swatch.
The opened list element should change its icon (e.g. from "arrow-r" to "arrow-d") to indicate that it has been opened.

one-page list example:

1. * tools <
   1.1 + power tools <
   1.1.1 - chainsaw
   1.1.2 - power drill
   1.2 + screw drivers >
   1.3 + hammers >
2. * nails >
3. * screws >

If this feature is provided by someone other than me by the end of February 2011 I'll donate 200 USD to jQuery. :-)
