After lifting sections from our main getting started instructions as well as adapting @milljm's instructions from MOOSE on viewing results remotely, I have a first draft of TMAP8 HPC instructions.
When we have regular containers, we can make another set of instructions for that instance. For now, let's provide manual ones.
