[FEAT] - Revamp Navbar and Show User on Navbar

Description

• Revamp mobile navbar
• Add user menu on desktop and mobile navbar
• Add auth provider with user context
• Redirect based on user role
• Add decode user jwt token
• Add styles to prevent autofill background color on inputs and textareas
