When performing terraform init on an M1 Mac I received an error regarding the template provider

│ Provider registry.terraform.io/hashicorp/template v2.2.0 does not have a package available for your current platform, darwin_arm64.

│ Provider releases are separate from Terraform CLI releases, so not all providers are available for all platforms. Other versions of this provider
│ may have different platforms supported.

Per https://registry.terraform.io/providers/hashicorp/template/latest/docs/data-sources/file, it looks like the best action is to use the built in template rendering engine.

In Terraform 0.12 and later, the templatefile function offers a built-in mechanism for rendering a template from a file. Use that function instead, unless you are using Terraform 0.11 or earlier.
