I added it to npm as change-summary (ChangeSummary was illegal by npm's naming conventions). https://npmjs.org/package/change-summary. Let me know if you want to take it over on npm.

I need to update the npm change to support browserify. I will also register under the new project name

@SamDuvall I have the same requirement, would like to use polymer pieces in isolation via browserify.

I'm assuming https://npmjs.org/package/observe-js isn't an "officially" published package? having random people publishing polymer's packages on npm is going to end up a mess pretty quickly.

Can I get your feedback in Polymer/polymer#326? need to get this stuff fixed.
