The pdf build has some empty pages in it.

I found this. I'll create an extra python script. This will also remove the need to modify the config file.

Unfortunately, rst2pdf really lacks doc so I gave up the creation of an external script (that would also need many tweak on the rtd side). So I updated the config. I don't think rtd will take care of this. This might need manual pdf generation.

PDF is not an "officially" supported format anymore.
