There are several significant updates to redash-migrate in this release:

Added:

• csvurl data sources from app.redash.io can now be migrated (Add a command to convert app.redash.io csvurl queries to OSS Redash csv #100)
• New fix-qrds-refs command to update query results queries with correct ids ([RT-64] Add a step to correct query IDs for queries using query_results #93)

Fixed:

• Built-in groups are no longer duplicated during migration (Fix default builtin group being associated twice with imported users #98)
• Default table visualization settings are now preserrved during migration ([RT-69] redash-migrate: preserve default table visualization settings #102)
