What happened?
I have installed an outlook connector according to the installation instructions: Link. I am using an Office 365 Business Basic account with one user. The personal mailbox of one user is synchronized. Now, I have created a second, shared mailbox that is not synchronized. Does a specific configuration have to be made so that all mailboxes are synchronized? Thank you for your support.
