What happened?

Traffic filtering can be applied in Elastic Cloud in two ways:

1. IP traffic filtering => https://www.elastic.co/docs/deploy-manage/security/ip-traffic-filtering
2. Virtual Private Links => https://www.elastic.co/docs/deploy-manage/security/private-link-traffic-filters

In the doc there is a section for each of them:

However, in the guide for IP traffic filtering there is a section giving an example on how to create an Azure Private Link traffic filter rule set (same for AWS and GCP) => https://www.elastic.co/docs/deploy-manage/security/ec-traffic-filtering-through-the-api#ec-azure-privatelink-traffic-filters-rule-set => In my opinion this should not be here, but rather in the Virtual Private Links doc
