`/handbook courseinfo` command returning `Course Not Found` for valid courses

The /handbook courseinfo command seems to currently be broken; it is unable to find the courses.
See the images below for an example of trying to use it on COMP1511. The issue does not seem to be dependent on casing.

I have tried this command to with both CSESoc Bot 2.0 and, CSESoc QA Bot. The issue persists on both.
