posts subheading spilling into homescreen

Is it possible to start a post with e.g. "## Introduction "but not have the heading word on the home screen post be introduction? Please check picture, 1st and 3rd post. Both start with "introduction" as that is my heading. Is it possible to turn this off and go straight into the actual content instead of a heading?

Operations you have already tried

I've found a way around by simply removing the heading or starting out with the whole intro in the heading instead of writing intro but its an ugly solution.
