Summary
Regarding the
DataTable: There are some cases where having a sticky header isn't desirable (such as when there are several small tables in a page, and/or inside CollapsiblePanels).This PR adds a prop to allow disabling such behaviour:
disableHeaderStickiness.(Yes, this prop existed in the early development of the new Table but was removed temporarily.)
