Should be ready for release now, as far as I can tell :) I tried it in both bytecode-only and native switches, and it seems to work fine. |

This pulls in @NathanReb's port to Dune, done here.
Since that's Duniverse, the port didn't include updates to
seq.opam. This PR adds them. I ranopam lintand fixed everything until it showed no errors. The synopsis is taken from seq 0.1 in opam.
