added dashboard unit tests
Re-factored to used the bootstrap label layout. See http://getbootstrap.com/css/#forms-example
Installed ember-bootstrap-datetimepicker.
Refactored to allow plain objects, resolve to promise.
Integrated ember-autoresize addon into md-textarea.
Allow JSON strings to be passed as initial value.
Inherits from md-codelist. select2 option closeOnSelect is set to false.

Added dashboards for contact, dictionary, and mdJSON records.
The dashboards list all records loaded in memory and provide options to edit or delete the record. Acceptance test are provided for the dashboards. Closes issue #33
