Details

With zmninja window being not the active window, when I type CTRL-ALT-D (which is a valid key combo for the particular active program), zmninja becomes the active window and the Chrome developer tools panel appears in the zmninja window.

Is there a way to disable or change that key combo?

Yes, the key combo directed towards an application window that is NOT zmNinja no longer brings up the dev tools panel in zmNinja.
