playwrightのupdate-snapshot、ファイル移動とかdeleteとかはしてくれないっぽかった！ |

の問題を解決します。
変更箇所のみの差分を更新するようにしました。
そもそもスナップショットは消えることもある（ファイル移動などで）はずなので、deleteにも対応できるよう
git diffとgit applyを用いるようにしてみました。関連 Issue
close #1724
