This reverts commit 249cf95.
Without this, for _lcompilers_main is_subroutine is being initialized to true
They could be used later, so not removing for now
This makes visit_Function() and visit_Subroutine() adjacent
due to added print statements
This allows calls to user-defined subroutines
integration_tests were not able to catch failing abs() so adding WAT tests for abs() which were able to catch the AssertFailed error
LLVM: Temporarily comment out unused parameter

ci/upload_docs.sh expects the base dir to be doc
Otherwise they were inline
