Disable nonexistent charts

Description

After dragging in a chart, we've got a really nice menu under frame to change the chart type in "Selected Visual". However, not all these charts are built out yet, so there is no functionality.

We need to hide the charts that have not been built yet. They should only be hidden to the user so they can be easily unhidden and linked when the charts get built out.
