Description

In the original version of line chart, we scrapped the brush event due to high LOE. Now, we want to get it worked out.

Requirements

What are more specific requirements that needs to take to consider this issue resolved.

User should be able to brush to filter the chart
Chart should unfilter appropriately when unfilter is selected
To pick up a draggable item, press the space bar. While dragging, use the arrow keys to move the item. Press space again to drop the item in its new position, or press escape to cancel.
