Allow copy/paste of values into the color picker hex codes

Can't copy/paste on a mac or hp into the color picker hex code area - presumably the other rgb as well.

@natdink currently we are using the default HTML color picker - https://www.w3schools.com/tags/att_input_type_color.asp which doesn't allow copy. If this is something that we really need, then would need to update to a library. @kyang4 @johbaxter @neelneelneel

I do think this could get frustrating for our users but will defer to the dev team on whether we should pursue further.
