Analytical Table: "Select All" checkbox cannot be operated by key pressing

Describe the bug

When AnalyticalTable is in MultiSelect mode, there is a checkbox which allows user to select all rows. It can be select/deselect by clicking, but cannot be operated by pressing enter/space bar in keyboard.

Reproduction steps

1. Go to the example of ui5-react-webcomponent and change scaleMode to MultiSelect
2. Try selecting the checkbox in table header by pressing enter/spacebar.

Expected Behaviour

All rows should be selected by pressing enter/spacebar when focus is on the "select all" checkbox.
