We should perhaps just expand this issue out to be an admin page in general. While db admin "works" it would be nice to have a better admin experience.

Yeah, that's my plan; add the start of a general admin page, and it's first task is rebuilding the index.

Shouldn't be necessary. The index is self-aware as of 7a325ca and should auto-update.
